I dont know about low of india so m asking hear to my indian friend

Is there really any low or punishment against call off weading?n what is maanhani?if someone call off his weading in last few dayes,then bried/groom family can file case file against him/her?really?

I never heard about such crazy thing. But one thing is for sure sanchi is a culprit herself. Attempt to suicide is illegal.

As far as I know there is no such law, but then when the creatives show real things? For them, bail/bond is ultimate freedom, no mention of the court case after bail/bond. Otherwise, Jagya should be behind bar for his crimes, not because of this defamation case. For them court cases and arrests are just to show emotional drama, nothing real in this.

BV serial shows stupid logics and the person never gets punished. Jagya committed so many crimes and never got proper jail term. Compared to his crime this is nothing.

People are misusing laws in India ,please see legal forums.Though there is no law people with greedy lawyers are misusing esp girls side to extort money from hapless grooms .

If you r taking about hapless grooms than why didn't jagya get punishment for marrying illegally without divorcing his first wife. Shekhars can file a defamation case and the Lawyer can bring out jagya past crimes and that would be dangerous for jagya and Singh family.

Daily soap does not mean they have freedom to make fun of education, profession, legal process etc. Some creative liberty can be tolerated, but such brazen tracks where a third class pass lady can become professional nurse in a little over one year and people getting freed from bond/bail never have to go for trial and the collector forgetting the actual cases and filing a flimsy case of defamation is just too much to understand. I am sure, it just for emotional drama, nothing will come out of this and the serial will continue to show foolish tracks.

It happens in real life also -Laloo's daughter didnt attend one single day of medical college-came out with gold medals in 17 subjects??????????-i'm sure she topped 10, 12 also by sitting at home!!!!

So many software (some are not even qualified) cheat by paying for degree and experience when they dont have be degree & get caught?????

Quack doctors-so many of them in villages-not even FIRST CLASS pass put up boardsMbbs Frcs etc...and are killing patients-its happening in cities alsoYES!!!

I am not supporting BV in any way but in reality also this happens though not very common
