Hey guys, I'm not new in this forum, I'm an active reader. I just have a hunch that the place they showed where Malla has that demon creature, that temple looks like a Mayan Temple. Those huge and long stairs, the main door with all the carving. Do u ppl think that Aghora actually placed Devi Kali's statue there?? I may be wrong abt those temples. But do any of u hv any idea or info abt the place their showed?? They referred it as eastern part of the earth as I think so that its Maya City.

What do u all think???

hi
From the episode i realise its a temple from south america. aztec time. If you have ever seen documentary on aztec and so on from south america they believed in goddesses. Thanks to the show i am so sure that people in south america did believe in mahakali (may have different name for it)
. If you remember the tantra or whatever it was called was sent to 4 parts of the world. Remember all the countries was just one big land. so i do believe its the fact they showed.

if anyone disagree do let me know.

😉

im not sure but as per scientific research, earlier the erath was one single huge continent. later on due to movement of tectonic plates, land broke into several pieces and today we have 7 continents.

so if the whole the land was considered as one then what has been said above is quite possible.

its actually pretty neat because Aztecs had their temples on the top of mountains, like we do, and they blew conchs (shank) in the beginning of wars or in religious ceremonies!

Totally possible. I was wondering whether it was Japan, but then Japan does n't look like that. On the other hand, Maya is also technically EAST of India, and they had such temples, so it fits. And as others mentioned, Goddess Worship was an important part of their culture.

That is the European perception, from London. From India's POV, even America is technically east.

It was inspired in Maya's Chichen Itza temple. They(and the rest of Amerindians) had many gods and goddesses but I can't find of them who resembles significantly to Mahakali (apart from being females) nor in the rest of Amerindians. BTW, Mayas are mainly from Mexico and it's part of North America, South America begins way lower 😛
