Khushi was sick and throwing up... Arnav ran to the bathroom and she complained...Something was wrong with the jalebis and gol gapas...

Arnav..But we all ate, and only you are sick...

Khushi embarrassed...Ya... but I eat the most...i dont stop and stuff myself...

Arnav smiled, picked her up and laid her on the bed and said...I'll get the doctor and call off all my meetings...

Khushi smiled at him and said... Im fine... I dont need the doctor.. Arnav ji, plz go to your office or Aman will drive you crazy with the phone calls...

Arnav sat beside her and took her face in his hands and said...You promise me you will take care and if you are sick again you will call me?

Khushi... Yes Arnav ji, I will call you and I will look after myself...now go plz...He kissed her cheek and left for work...

Khushi knew he was worried about his work and Di... He never showed or talked about it, but Khushi knew he was hurting a lot cause of his Di...He would regularly go to meet her, but it wasnt enough...She knew he was missing her a lot...but what could be done...

Khushi sighed...He hadnt told her about Di's condition to get rid of Khushi...but she had eventually found out and had discussed it with Dadi...She had even suggested that she leaves Arnav ji...But dadi had scolded her and had assured her that if she does that, It will surely kill Arnav...she had been very upset with Khushi, scolding her...

Dadi...Dont even think about it...my Arnav is happy for the first time after so long...I wont let anyone take this happiness away from him...Not even you Khushi...

Khushi had smiled and run to hug her... Dadi, if I leave him I will die first...Its just that I cant see him sad...

Dadi...Its just a matter of time...Shyam wont be around for long...dont give in now...stand strong beside him and give him strength...Keep your husband happy and yourself too...

That is what Khushi had been trying to do...Keep her darling husband happy... and she didnt want to worry him. She had been feeling a little sick since yesterday. Had slept a lot too.. It must be the weather, she yawned. Just then her phone started to ring... She reached out and saw, it was Jiji, face timing from USA. Khushi quickly answered it and screamed... Jiji...how are you?

Payal.. Im fine, how are you? And why are you still in bed?

Khushi..Jiji, we had gol gappas and jalebis yesterday, so now im sick.

Payal.. Khushi you eat too much... you should take care.

Khushi... Ya Jiji... I will... now forget me, tell me how was your day...

Both the sisters chatted for a while. Then Shanti bai came with Khushi's tea and Payal said...This is the only thing one misses in USA... Life is good, maid comes once a week to clean. But still one must do everything by ourselves... NO bai or OP or HP coming and serving us. Dont be lazy Khushi, get out of the bed and do some work.. Arnav ji is spoiling you...

Khushi smiled and said...Yes jiji, he surely spoils me...

After talking to her jiji, Khushi went down and into Dadi's room...

Dadi...Are you alright Khushi?

Khushi...Im fine...How are you?

Dadi...Im fine...but Anjali isnt well...I spoke to Manorma, she was saying that Anjali was suffering from severe stomach pains.

Khushi sat on Dadi's bed and said... Dadi that isnt good, She should go to the doctor...

Dadi...I told Manorma that, but she says Anjali will go to the doctor with Shyam only, they have called him, lets see when he comes and takes her to the doctor. Khushi I dont think he wants the child.

Khushi...Dadi, why do you think that? Poor Di, should we tell Arnav ji? Dont you think we should go to her?

Dadi... She's not poor, she knows what shes doing. If she is trusting the wrong ppl its her fault. And you khushi, are not going near her or that house, You understand...Anything happens, she will blame it on you...And as for telling Arnav...

Khushi...If I dont tell him he will get very angry...

Khushi dialed his number and let it ring...He answered on second ring... his voice full of worry and concern...Khushi, are you alright? Do you need a doctor? Im on my way home...

Arnav... IM calm, tell me how are you?

Khushi winked at Dadi and said... IM missing you...can you come home now...please...

Arnav...Khushi are you sure you are alright...

Khushi...Yes Arnav ji, im fine...but I want you to come home plz...

Arnav...ill be there in 15 mins... and he disconnected...

Khushi looked at dadi and said... I cant tell him his Di is sick...He will drive like crazy...

She called him again and said... Mr. ASR drive carefully, why dont you take the driver with you?

Arnav...I hate drivers...He disconnected...

True to his words, he was home in 15 mins. He came straight in Dadis room and saw both the ladies were chatting easily and seemed fine...

Arnav sat down on the chair and said...Ok, Dadi seems fine too...so whose sick... He said that and he got his answer. He got up and whispered...Di...

Khushi and Dadi both nodded... And she wont go to the doctor. Shyam is on his way. But she must be in the hospital now.

Arnav ran out, Khushi following him. She knew he wont listen to her unless she blackmails him. So she said... IM coming with you.

Arnav stopped and said...Khushi, You were not well in the morning, plz rest.

But Khushi was adamant... No, im fine and Im coming with you...you will drive fast and I will sit at home and worry.

Arnav...i wont drive fast...

Khushi just looked at him, her arms folded ...He came near her and said...I love you KKGSR and gave her a quick kiss on her lips and said...Ill take the driver...For your peace of mind...

Khushi...Thanks, dont forget to sms me...

Arnav had gone for a long time and he was regularly sms-ing her...Di was adamant, didnt want to go to the hospital without Shyam...And Shyam was no where to be found... Finally they had taken her to the hospital...

Dadi... This Shyam is no good, I dont know when Anjalis eyes will open and she will see the real side of him...

Khushi was worried for Di and the baby...She was more worried for her Arnav ji, She knew he would hurt more and worry about his Di... She sighed. Whole day was spend in worry... Arnav ji's last sms was few hours back... Di was still in pain and doctors were trying to help her...

It was late when Arnav ji returned home...He was very disturbed and worried...As he entered the house he saw Khushi fast asleep on the sofa... Dadiji was sitting on the other one, watching the TV...

Dadi... How is Anjali?

Arnav... Shes fine... but the doctors couldnt save the baby... Damn Shyam...IF only he could have come early... Di is so stubborn...

Dadi could see he was sad.. she said... Have you eaten anything?

Arnav while taking his tie off said... Nani fed me some sandwiches...How is she? Has she eaten anything?

Dadi looked at Khushi and whispered...I forced her to eat a little...take her in the room... Dadi was also sad and she went to her room...

Arnav carefully picked Khushi up in his arms and took her to their room. He carefully laid her on the bed and was about to move when she caught his arm and he turned to face her... One look on his face told Khushi everything... She pulled him towards her and he didnt resist...He just collapsed near her, half on her and buried his face in her neck... She knew he had been crying...She comforted him...Arnav ji... Are you alright...

Arnav answered after a long time... Khushi, I couldnt save the baby...

Khushi asked...But you tried everything, didnt you?

Arnav...Yes, I tried everything, even called the doctor at home, tried to take Di to the hospital...but Di just wouldnt listen...

Khushi... Arnav ji, you tired your best... the baby didnt want to come to this world...thats all...

Arnav sighed deeply in Khushi's neck...I dont know Khushi...I...

Khushi hugged him and pushed him a bit to look into his eyes. They were so sad and teary...She held his face with her hands and could feel the wetness cause of his tears. She wiped his face and said...You tired, and you were there when your Di needed you...Thats imp, the rest..its all fate...

Arnav was looking at her, he nodded and said...Ya you are right...I wish I could have done more...but... He again buried his face in her neck and stayed like that for a while and then raised his head and asked.. Are you hungry.

Khushi...No, dadi forced me to eat some food, and what about you? You will get sick if you dont eat.

Arnav smiled and said... No, Nani made sure I ate, so I m fine too... He snuggled in closer and they both fell asleep holding on to each other...

Morning...

Khushi quickly got ready and prepared breakfast and was after Arnav ji... He looked better than yesterday. She wanted to go to the hospital to visit Di.. But she knew Arnav ji wouldnt take her...but she was adamant.

Dadi also got ready and both were about to leave and Khushi walked out with them... Dadi and Arnav both looked at her...

Khushi...You cant stop me..I have to go and see her...please.. And she made a pleading face at her Arnav ji...who melted the min she said please...

Dadi.. Khushi, you were not well yesterday and I dont think Anjali will welcome you, so stay home and rest...

Arnav.. Let her come, Di wont say a word to her.

Arnav turned towards Khushi and said... We will be there for 5 mins only, When I say we leave, you wont argue.

Khushi nodded...

They all went to the hospital and visited Di. She was fast asleep. Khushi had wanted to stay longer, but Arnav had refused. He wanted to send both Dadi and Khushi home. He didnt want Di or Shyam to say anything bad to Khushi.

Mamiji and Naniji were also there. Naniji had hugged Khushi, but Mamiji had only made faces.

Arnav... I ll go and drop Dadi and Khushi home, then come back.

Dadi...Im staying behind, you take Khushi home.

Reluctantly Khushi went with Arnav... Arnav knew she wanted to stay behind, but he couldnt take this risk. He just wanted to protect her.

As they were walking out and were near their car, Khushi swayed and would have fallen if Arnav hadnt caught her.

Arnav asked worriedly..Khushi..are you alright?

Khushi held on to him and shaking her head said... My head is spinning...

Arnav..Let me take you inside and the doctor can...

Khushi didnt let him complete...No, no, plz just take me home. Im fine, just tired.

Arnav helped her sit in the car and he was worried about her. While driving he would look at Khushi, but she sat silently. She didnt know what to do. Should she tell him now or wait for few more days. She knew he would be happy. But it was too soon and Di had just lost her baby. How will they all feel?
