Good looks do help. it is mainly because of self confidence among good looking people rather than their looks only.
It is a saying that if you look good you feel good .. so if you feel good you do good.However this is not true that only good looks can get you a job 😊

I definitely think that good looks and a pleasing personality do make a good first impression in interviews but after that it mostly depends upon your work experience and credibility. I have also noticed that it is a bit easier for beautiful people to convince others.

Good looks are your assets and confidance is a cherry topping. But one must also have great personality too or else it is all waste. 😕

Even an average looking person with confidence and great personality could be very appealing IMHO. 😳

Personally I believe in "If you have got it why not flaunt it"? 😉 😛 😈

Good looks make a person attractive.. which makes them more acceptable... Personally i think it doesnt matter much; if you arent good looking at least you should have a pleasant personality...... 😊
