If people don't know how it works then let me explain, films PR informed media and hence they were present there to click pictures of Ranveer when he was posing outside the hospital 👎🏼

What nonsense? So Sanjay Leela Bhansali who had some grand plan for music release was happy to cancel it twice?

Can you understand perhaps he had fans on twitter who were tweeting him to get better and he wanted to show to them that he is Ok?

cancelling music launch was part of the promotion,

it is just like how songs of some movies gets apparently leaked.

the articles which came out about this situation were contradicting each other completely, in 1 article it was stated he was in worst phase in next article same day it was stated he was completely fine and they kept continuing this circus.

good he is fine but cheap how they used such a tactic.
