Oct. 3rd: Things I liked

One more epi of OMNIPRESENT DV😆


Yeh Rishi toh kaafi high level ka kameena nikla yaar...very shrewd and clever...managed to twist around situations to create a better impression on Saachi and the family🤢


Poor DV yet again...lawyer hone ke bawajood he got played by this Rishi.


More than liked, I'll list the bits I felt were interesting, nuanced and well done:

1) Saachi's expressions when Sunil's mom asks her to throw DV out of the house...the silent communication b/w her and DV there as they just stare at each other...very nicely done...along with Saachi shaking her head in protest as she sees DV about to turn to leave himself only without being asked.

The fact that Rishi cleverly managed to turn this situation around taking this cue really was a bummer.


2) DV's rants to Dils about what kind of guy Saachi deserves...awww...Dils asked the right question...why do YOU care so much?😆


3) DV got so happy the next day when Saachi told him she's not mad at him...he perked up briefly...then got upset again when Saachi told him to thank Rishi...the way he goes, "Are you serious, Saachi ji?"


4) There's a quietness about Saachi in this epi...as she goes about sorting out the bills, making the haldi...there was a fragility to her today that I felt Sangeeta brought out beautifully


5) Saachi didn't deliberately put her hair down...her bhabhi also pinned it up and told her she looks prettier this way...but the fact that Saachi rushed out without getting it pinned properly and it came undone...was symbolic of the coming disasters in the form of Rishi.


6) The haldi dream...lol probably THE sweetest bit in the epi...Are we supposed to count THIS as the OFFICIAL lowe ka ehsaas cuz they didn't give any other indication in the epi other than this...Loved Saachi and DV's expressions as they put haldi on each other...I had thought he'd go and offer her a hanky again to wipe her tears but he put haldi on her instead...lol

And moments later, the dream is realized...with Saachi walking over to him with the remaining haldi and putting it on him...the tone was different from the dream but both bits were sweet.



So ultimately Rishi turned out to be a LECHER as well...ughhh🤢...Can Mugdha atleast speak up to Saachi? And seriously DV better lawyer up...what is the benefit of being a lawyer if he can't even show Rishi's real face to everyone? Koi toh trick use karo.

And finally it is PATHETIC that the entire family fell for Rishi's crap...NO ONE'S questioning the fact that Rishi lied about not drinking at all...everyone coolly ignored that...and Sunil's sister...I HATE that kind of mentality...ladki waale ho toh you have nothing else to do but SLAVE in front of the ladke waale? Such ppl deserve to be slapped and told to get lost...

The entire family just disgusts me SO much😡🤢

P.S. Forgot to add...why is DV wearing orange on a second consecutive day? Is this the only color left in his wardrobe?😕...Is there some symbolism attached to this? If yes, I'm unable to get it :S

for the nth time i was wondering y the hell was DV loitering around and not packing and going off...guess this is love...

now i know y saanchi calls him bachha all the time...can hardly blame her now...i thot that was too childish of him to barge in front of everyone and start accusing someone from groom's family that too widout any proof...cudnt he imagine wat disastrous results cud happen considering this family is always ready to break off at the drop of a hat...did he really think pradeep or rishi wud act as his witness...

i really wish he seals his mouth this time and let mugdha do all the talking...and i hope mugdha will do so considering she will be jobless once saanchi gets married...

wat surprises me the most is dilshaad's attitude and i mean it specially from ystrdy's epi...she always had this fondness for younger guys which is why she insisted on below 30 PGs...and now she is weak knee-ed over a 45 yr guy...

i really dunno y they r not showing DV's realisation...i mean the way he has been feeling for 2 days...envious of seeing rishi-saanchi tog...getting teary-eyed on seeing them getting close...feeling sad on seeing entire prabhu family getting wooed by the crook...wat more proof does he want...

i loved the dream seq...that haldi scene was too gud...loved to see DV smiling...i loved both their expressions...it was an obvious dream and the reality that followed was even more pleasant...
initially i was thinking wat was the point of showing exact replica of dream and reality...but then i realized it was actually a symbolism that DV's dreams and wishes r going to come true very soon...

this rishi is a true crook...how cleverly he said he doesnt drink in front of didi and jiju because of respect...and yes i loved the silent convo btwn DV-saanchi wen sunil's mom told her to tell him to go...typical of sunil's mom...she thinks everyone is crass like her...

i loved how DV realised the dilemma in saanchi's eyes and decided to leave himself and relieving her of doing something she was clearly reluctant to do...

i dont understand one thing...is love so subtle that noone is realizing that there is something wrong with DV...that he is not acting like a mere friend but more than that...wen dils asked him y is he worried about saanchi how come she did not find the answer herself...

and that scene between rishi and mugdha was utterly disgusting...i wud hv preferred mugdha slapping him that instant and going and telling saanchi all that hapnd...if mugdha brushes off thinking she must be overreacting then i dunno wat to say...woman's instinct naam ke koi cheez hai ya nahi iss show me...

and one scene i specially liked is the kitchen scene where DV aplogises to saanchi...and she says she is not angry and instantly he smiles...how i was dying to see his sunflower smile...but then it got wiped off instantly as she said he ought to say sorry and thank u to pradeep...yes a big thank u for being about to sweep her off her feet and take her to hell land 😡
but the way DV smiles and instantly became long faced just showed how strong impact saanchi has on him...only she can hv the affect on him like pal me hasaye pal me rulaye...and DV still wondering of his feelings????

i think i hv to agree with u anu that haldi scene was pyar ka ehsaas that they hv been trying to tell us all this week...letz wait and watch now how galvanized he becomes once this ehsaas strikes him...

oh and how can i forget the hair wala scene...i already guessed that if saanchi keeps her hair open then DV wud feel she is doing it for rishi...lol...another bout of jealousy and still he is trying to gauge his feelings...real dumbo...
but then saanchi's open hair was not deliberate...on the contrary on every occasion it seems she now prefers buns which shud actually make DV glee with joy...but then bechara how is he supposed to know that the hair opened in a rush...

Hi Anu...I don't know why he was wearing orange color dress yesterday but today was a haldi rasam so that day we wear yellow orange colour dress for the cceremony... 😊

Oh thanks, Kusum...yeah I do understand that ppl wear yellow or orange on mehendi functions...but they should have thought out the costumes in advance...giving him back to back orange kurtas was just strange😕😆

LOL yes it wasn't very prudent of DV to announce Rishi's kartoot in front of the whole family...we can take it two ways...we can call it immature or we can say that he's offbalance due to the turmoil in his heart and mind anyways...in general DV has been shown to speak his mind...he doesn't hesitate in that sense...if he thinks something is wrong, he'll instantly raise his voice against it...but yes, he should have thought this through...you don't just openly confront someone in a function like this...

I'm hoping he's learnt a lesson from these incidents and is more careful the next time he tries to expose Rishi.

Rishi bhi ajeeb hai...openly admitted in front of DV that he was just jamaaoing impression on Saachi?😕😆

Re: Dils...lol yes it is a bit inconsistent to show her being so gaga over a 45 year old man when she made such a big deal about wanting a young guy in the beginning of the show...maybe they're just trying to show how Rishi has bedazzled everyone and they aren't thinking logically.
