Episode starts with Rajiv getting a call from a client. Every one gets calls. Every one's tensed. Even Prakar gets a call. They on the TV and see that their share value is going down a lot.
Shal comes there and asks Jignesh if he did all this. He tells no but Chaitali is responsible for the press releases now a days. Rajiv's father asks every one who sent the wrong info to the press. Shal and Prakar(with the same smile) look at Rajiv.
Chaitali is exercising and Adesh comes and starts jogging around her(arre buddhu, agar tum mandir ke chakkar lagaate to kam se kam puny to milta. Yahan pe jyada karoge to thappad milega). They both have a light moment. They both decide to have a race and guess where? Till the hall entrance. You are right. In the house. Not that they are outside somewhere. They are in the compound only. Chaitali tricks Adesh into shutting his eyes and she runs away. 😆😆😆. That was very cute.
Chaitali comes into the hall shouting I won. And sees everyone serious. Even Neela Ben is there. Adesh comes and tells her that she cheated and then sees every one serious. Shal gives a wicked smile.
Jignesh's father asks Chaitali what she sent in the press release. She tells something about company's promotion. Jignesh's father throws the paper down saying then how did this news get printed? Chaitali and Adesh are shocked. Chaitali says she doesn't know how this has happened. Even Shal starts accusing her. Chaitali gives it back to her(Suman, learn something from your sister to stand up against nonsense). Chaitali says (to Shal) - This is official matter. I will not give you any answers. If I need to reply, I'll clarify everything with Durgesh and Dhanesh uncles. But if I've done something wrong at home, what ever you tell, I'll listen to you. And moreover, even if I eplain it to you, will you understand? 👏 Bravo Chaitali. Way to go. Every one is shocked.
Neela slaps her (Chaitali). Every one gets up then.(I guess every one was enjoying Shal being bullied). Neela tells - Is this the way you talk to elders? Is this what I've taught you? etc etc.
Chaitali goes from there crying. Shal gives her sly smile and thinks - this is just the beginning. See what happens in the future.
Chaitali is crying and Lover Boy (Adesh) comes to console. He tells sorry. Everything happened due to him as he hurried her up the other day. She tells its not any ones fault. Some one's deliberately changed the release. I've not written anything like this. This gets Adesh thinking and he tells her that he trusts her more than she trusts herself. He also tells that they'll crack this together as long as she is with him.
In the house, Prakar tries to instigate everyone against Chaitali.But our Rajiv says she's very responsible and sensible girl. She cant do like this and something must have gone wrong. Shal gets up and tells - When my husband did something wrong, you slapped him. Now your sis-in-law is at fault but you are taking her side. All these people(Suman & Co) have done some Jaadu Tona on you. Suman tells not to tell anything to her mother. If Chaitali has done anything wrong, please punish her but keep my mother out of this.
Neela gets up and leaves. Rajiv tells Shal - Before telling anything on anyone, you need to think. And let me clear one more thing. (Prakar sees what's happening and gives his signature smile.) I am not talking about my SIL Chaitali but about my employee Chaitali Joshi(I think that's her surname). She doesn't leave even a gramatical mistake. There is something else going on. I'll get to the bottom of this and find out where the mistake has happened and by whom. Prakar looks concerned now.

Shal is happy that Durgesh has spoken against Chaitali. She thinks like this only she'll make the whole house go against them(Suman & Co).
Neela is crying that the sisters are irresponsible and getting down Suman's in laws 'izzat'. Chaitali tells she did not do anything and to trust her. They hug. Then Neela tells her that she knows that Chaitali cant do anything wrong. She tells we'll go home immediately as no one is understanding Chaitali.
Rajiv, Ketki and Suman are standing at the door and listening. Rajiv says I know that Chaitali is not at fault. Some one else has done this. He asks Chaitali - how will you go from this house without proving that you are innocent? I'll help you to prove that.
Chaitali thanks him and says that his confidence in her is her biggest strength. 👏 (finally she acknowledges him)
Jignesh is seeing something and Shal comes with milk and tells him to wear glasses (she gets new one for him). She says that he doesn't see anything clearly with his old glasses. Vish also comes and they both Vish his mind against Rajiv and the other family members. (I think its working).
Jignesh is roaming arond in the hall thinking about the slap and what Prakar tells (about the partner thing) and the board meeting.
Next morning, Jignesh comes down and tells that he's not going to the office as he was working till late on some of 'his' project and he has to go for a meeting. He's starting some work on him own. Every one's shocked. (Shal is quietly encouraging him). Prakar walks in just then.
Durgesh asks when did you start this work? How did you get the money? I am not able to understand what you are trying to tell. Jignesh tells - I wanted to talk to all of you regarding the money. I need 'dhai' crores to start my own business. every one's shocked (except Shal and Prakar). Durgesh tells that's a lot of money and all our money is going in the new division that they started. Some more argument happens and Durgesh asks what is exactly that Jignesh wants. Jignesh tells to divide the house and give him his share. Every one's shell shocked.
That's it guys. No funny scenes - so no comments. Too serious the episode was. But loved the way Chaitali gives it to Shal.
