I think that Pushkar knows that it is his baby. He does not want to tell Pia about it as he thinks she will abort it if she knew it is his and not Jai's. He will reveal it once the baby is born and Pia demands money from Jai. This is my guess.

tht cud b true..but why was he tellin the baby at the hospital that theres no relationship btn me and u but whts our fault ?? so if it was his and if he knows it why did he say that
