It struck me that Naani and Barkha are putting Ayesha's future in jeopardy because of they hate for Laajo here because the whole blame for him being in her room is going on her without questioning him why he was in that room and why she had to slap him in the first place? These people can't see he is a lecherous type that wanted to take advantage of her so she was protecting herself.

So their child's future would be like that once she marries him, she will catch him again with another girl and this time it will be too late as she married him already, by ignoring the warning signs today. At his own pre-wedding ceremonies he is getting all handsy with a guest of the house and no excuse should even be entertained, why did he go upstairs, why when she was struggling with him was he still insisting to touch her when Ayesha could hear it, perhaps it's denial that this village girl who is a lower class to her can have any appeal for her fiance but that's the situation she finds herself in (Ayesha) better to face it and call the wedding off, and thank god she found out in time.

Anyway Nikhil will believe Laajo and not take Sid's word of what happened there, but still parents of Ayesha and Nikhil acting very stupid to take Sid's word that Laajo lured him into her room to dance with her then why she slapped him later on to cover what was happening in the room when she saw Ayesha, but it takes two to Tango, how can a grown man, with their physical strength advantage be forced by a young slim girl to molest her, door open she didn't even lock him in the room and throw away the key and was screaming there to get him in trouble, totally fake story any grown up would realise it, it's just putting their hate for Laajo ahead of their daughters future married to that lecher.

You are right Nafs, just because they hate Lajjo, they are not finding fault in Sid, for them it is a business deal, these type of people do not have heart. They are not worried about Ayesha.

One more thing Ayesha heard Lajjo saying CHHODO MERA HAATH, still she is believing Sid, SAD.

It's true the business venture is more important here, love of money is clouding their judgement, because the grown ups should think about what has happened here, his excuse is he wanted to dance with her, and when she refused she slapped him, and he feels insulted, then why not ask him, you left the party to go in her room and if she is refusing why force her, leave her. To ask a married girl to dance and where no-one is around in a bedroom, it's odd behaviour by Siddharth, even if they are a modern family where it's fine to ask a married woman for a dance, they think perhaps it's okay if she was part of the guests downstairs and he saw that no-one is asking her for a dance and felt to cheer her up to ask and she refused and he is insisting, but here nobody is there it's not right for him now to be the injured party, they can't think how about the situation is different here as she was alone in her bedroom. So he left all the guests downstairs he says and Laajo called him there lured him being over friendly with him but why not ask him okay fine she is trying to cause trouble for you and Ayesha and you know this then why you went there in her bedroom, you could have refused and why you went ahead to touch her even if it's to dance with her, if you know she's a bad girl being over friendly and cause trouble between you and Ayesha. Definitely they don't care about their daughter even and only care about having the alliance with Sid's family for the business deal to go ahead.

well up to Nikhil family this is known as high society.. how can when sid climbed the stairs looking around him Ayesha who's head over heels in love missed him in that moment because he did not climbed the stairs rapidly but was checking...
NN I think does not have experiences of life she's not an elder person in the family as a guide.
I did not like lajjo they are showing when needed Lajjo must stop respecting her in laws but fights for herself.
I like the part she said she'll not ask any excuse from Sid.
Nikhil family could have settled the matter in Lajjo room but they dragged Lajjo downstairs where they never wanted her presence.
I failed to understand Indur why the whole Nikhil family are stuck at the same point I mean all are believing Sid who was supposed to be downstairs and no one is questioning Sid, neither Indur.
Nikhil as always forgets about Lajjo completely...But he will be the Saviour..

@palavi - Ayesha that shout by Laajo "choddo mere haath" is what alerted her where she would find Siddharth, as she was looking upstairs and that alarm by Laajo is what alerted her, so should stop denying that her modern city dweller fiance is not after a village girl like Laajo, because she is in denial, did you hear her downstairs when she insulted Laajo that my fiance Sid can never look at someone like you, like Laajo is dirt, denying what she heard. She's very silly already we know how she throws tantrums and never reflects on the consequences before talking, that conversation they had about where Laajo should wash her clothes, must not hang the clothes on the terrace and cannot even wash her cloths in the washing machine because she also washes her cloths in the same washing machine, even though soap and water cleans the machine, she still doesn't want her clothes to be close to Laajo's, so imagine what discrimination she feels for poor people she can't accept that Siddharth is attracted to the same girl she thinks is dirt.

Good point you made, that they should have resolved the issue upstairs in the bedroom why come downstairs and cause the matter to get out of control they way they did? It's true they don't think of her as their bahu, but still why cause a spectacle in front of all the guests...Ayesha is the one raising her voice when other girls in that situation would not be shouting as it would have repercussions on her forthcoming marriage, better to keep her voice down especially as she still wants to marry the Sid.

Yes it's clear now that Naani is not like other elders she doesn't have experience of life to know whether Sid's story is plausible and she was unable to resolve the matter upstairs. I don't know why she even went there if she always can't resolve any problem.

I'm just thinking now, that perhaps they were hoping Nikhil was downstairs and they wanted to show him look what your wife did, she's promiscuous by calling Siddharth in her bedroom, so that Nikhil loses trust in Laajo and he can throw her out of our lives forever. Backfire tomorrow, Nikhil will take Laajo's side.

Agree with you totally Nafisa. I actually made similar comments in the posts I opened as I hadn't read this one yet.

Yes, they are definitely going to ruin their daughters life because of their hate of Laajo. They should have even considered listening to her, and at the very least I expected Inder to do so but to date that man has let me down...Even his own brother said lets not jump to conclusion until we give Laajo a chance to tell her side but nope...The only thing they can think of is their status/reputation...When he went to Laajo, i thought once again (silly me😆) that he was going to ask her about what happened but all he wanted was to put an end to the situation and his way was to ask Laajo to apologize. What is with this guy? Didn't he grow up in the same house with his brother? His brother seems to be a decent guy, his dad definitely is and so is Nikhil...So what happened to him...Oh, what the heck am I asking that for..I know what happened to him...Barka and Nani😆😆.

All jokes aside though they definitely should have at least gave it a moments thought before telling her to apologize to Sid and in the process they are going to ruin Ayesha's life.
