RK is definitely the most well developed written character of the show and yet there are facets of his character which are just not touched upon. And because the overall development these deficiencies seem to become even more prominent
He has come a long long way, from the man that he was but one things that disappoints me time and again is the fact that he takes to drinking everytime something goes wrong, be it something big or small, that too even now after his life getting that anchor which it always lacked in the form of Madhu.
I know once addicted its difficult not to take solace in drinks when down and out but that makes him look weak after all the power they show in the form of his strong dialogues, demeanor and promises. It pull him back after all the progress he has made. Ot makes things ineffectual in the long run
Like when he was in dilemma regarding Mehul declaring Madhu is the best choice for heroine in his opinion, he took to drinks just like he did when he was banned and had to go through hardships. Just like he did when Mohan's truth was revealed. Its like he gives up and unless proded by someone which is Madhu most of the times lately.
thatis not how RK was. and definitely not hiw I wouod like to see him
I hope they show some growth and dont make him take refuge in a bottle everytime the going gets tough
PS: this is a honest opinion and not an attempt to mock or bash. Arguement and opinions on RK are welcome and hope people stick to the point. Lets not prove the ones who think we cant crticize/argue sensible right
