I guess we have to agree to disagree..PC's acting abilities have been questioned a lot on this forum and by critics too. And PC hams and becomes lazy actress in many of her films recent examples are: Zanjeer, AA, and TMK. When Saat Koon Maaf flopped one critic wrote an article questioning her abilities as an actor. Suggesting who would have done justice to the roke ect..I haven't seen that happen with any other actresses.

I feel like Bebo and PC get the same amount of support from the audience. I don't know why you think PC gets more support!

PC has never acted badly in any of her films? I thought she was god-awful in her first few films (Andaz, Hero etc.). To be honest, I thought even Aitraaz was a lot more about style than acting but that's a personal opinion. I only started appreciating Priyanka's performances after Fashion, and I think after that, she has done some great work. Out of the current lot of actresses, I do believe she's the most talented. Her performances before Fashion, however, were average at best and pretty horrific at worst.

I think Rani is the most talented of the lot. I know her performance in Black is considered overrated but I still think there are very few actresses in Bollywood that can pull of a role like that. Rani has the unique ability of convincing you in every role she does. She's far from being a sexy bombshell but she sure as hell convinced me that she had all the guys running after her in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.

Preity was actually my personal favorite from the 90s. Sure, she wasn't the best actress out there, but she brought life to the screen and was incredibly easy on the eyes. I just loved watching her. And to whoever that said Preity can't be considered a star, she was one of the top actresses of her time. Her only real competitor was Rani. I remember going to see her at the Temptations concert and she was definitely one of the biggest stars there (the crowd was going crazy for her). So yes, while I agree that she hasn't done any mind-blowing roles in her career, to say that she wasn't popular enough to be considered a star is simply not true.

Kareena is a star. But like someone else said before, I've been incredibly disappointed with her movie choices after Jab We Met. She started focusing too much on the 100 crore movies and didn't care enough about her role or acting potential. I still don't think Kareena's performances match up to Rani's, or even Priyanka's, though.
