item songs gives opening only n then content takes over. Agneepath teailer met with lukewarm response n chikni chameli became a rage. It was used everywhere for promotion if u dont know. It have played a big part in agneepath success. Tmk got a huge opening but it was a crap no item song can save it from dooming. Still it became a semi hit due to shiela song 😊 jthj has done good. Not the expected numbers but still it ended in good result n its music was not that good n script was boring

U r the one who is in delusion n ignoring facts. Even karan johar gave credit to kat for agneepath success. So i dont think i have to prove anythng to any1. It is like going circles. Neither u will agree with me nor me. Kat songs get the most likes n vies on youtube not the other. U r crediting sonam for bmb success when she have no role in its success in real 😆 even industry people credits kat for success of movie n her songs plays a huge role so no point of arguing.

accepting that the song played a role in the popularity of the films is never ever equal to crediting Kat for smthing which she dint do.. Karan isnt a fool atleast, esp when he knows his leading man was enuff and was d one responsible for the opening.

Dude ur sonam role in bmb was nthng. Any actress have played n still movie have became a huge success. As i said industry credits kats for movie success so pls argue with them n she gets equal credit for her movie success. She is known as box office queen another term given by industry n it is proved over n over. But i never claomed she is bigger than khans n male superstar but her item songs played a huge part in success it is a fact n it is u who r ignoring the proven facts not me 😆

I really don't want to make this a Katrina vs Deepika or Katrina vs everyone else topic, but every film Katrina is in...regardless of the fact that the film has big star cast, other big names (directors/actresses/producers), or is a big banner film--she alway gets the credit for making it a success. Well i have never doubted the success of Kareena, PC, Katrina or any other major actress. Except Deepika, its not about being fair or unfair, but I personally do not consider her successful because she hasnt had a "WOW" performance yet for me and all of her movies need some kind of stupid PR drama in order for them to work.

Now Ram Leela is coming so the whole Deepika-Ranveer thing will start up again. There is always some kind of news or controversy for all of her movies. Even for Race-2 she did the whole, walking out of the movie bit. Shes so dramatic 😆 There is ALWAYS some kind of dramatic story. And I dont like that.

You are indirectly, calling me biased, which i am not. I was one of the first people on this forum to appreciate Sonam for Raajnha, and I am not a fan of hers at all. Similarly, i hate Sonakshi but I heard she was good in Lootera and if I like her there, i will acknowledge it. I am not like other people who just hates on actors even if they do well.

Anyway, had Deepika "acted" I wouldve been the first to support her. In fact all of Deepika's fans have forgotten about all my posts last year when I had stated that she deserved to win some kind of award for Cocktail because IN THAT film I liked her. She acted well, the movie was a success, no fake link-up or desperate publicity. The film was a success on its own merit, it didnt need some background mirch masala. Thats all I am saying and keeping that same mindset in mind today, I support for Sonam for Raanjha.
