the mrg certificate is needed & is essential now but its not necessary 2 acquire wid in 2-3 days.but heres enough time 4 it i think till 1yr. bcoz my own cousin registered her mrg & got the certificate after 5-6 months of her mrg.still sum old couples who'dn't registered their mrg or don't've certifictaes r called legally mrd & their mrgs r legal.
edit- 4 registrn of mrg theres 3 months time now earlier it used 2 b 6 months.my cousin was late was still got her mrg registered even after that time period.
