Saiyu that's why I stopped it...it says have 2 bowls for your meal... I didn't see any difference so thought why sacrifice my breakfast ...I'll eat anything mom makes 😆

But skipping breakfast in the idea of becoming slim can show opposite results...Just yesterday I read an article...they say, "People who have breakfast tend to be thinner than those who skip it regularly"

True. Every meal is important and I hope Choti reads about this breakfast article. Nalayak NEVER does breakfast. NEVER. And it doesnt matter how early or late she wakes up
