What did Kushal do today? (People keep saying what he did today what he did today). And why was he so sad at the end of the episode?

today wishing wall was open and kushal wished for gauhar .. she told him she didnt like the fact tht he did that so he was pissed with her

I think he forgot to close the bathroom door and Anita Entered the bathroom without knowing Kushal is inside... that is the reason he is upset with himself...😆🤣
