you have made a valid point, but i think her intention was to have one of the dupatta gifted back to her by Jalal. She didn't really care about him taking 3 dupattas as he visited her stall first and was highly impressed as always!
She was over the moon when Ja gifted her the first dupatta. For Ruqaiya it has always been about being the first, being given more importance, status, power and recognition! Until now she doesn't feel any threat to her position and knowing that JB will be leaving soon she is relaxed!
