Part 6

Geet sighed helplessly agreeing to Vicky. She prepared to leave the office. Picking her purse she walked out of her cabin. As she was about to hail the cabTaxi ...Tax..A voice interrupted her. Mam Mam... Vicky sahab ne office ki gaadi le jaane ko kaha...The driver informed Geet. She thought for sometime and sat in the car and went off to Khurana Mansion.

It had been quite a few a hours since he saw Geet. Maan felt restless now. He wanted her infront of his sight 24x7. It was kind of getting unbearable for him after he saw her so emotionless since their last confrontation in Phugle's Office.
He wanted to forget her...ignore her...remove her existence from his heart, life soul...but Alas! He couldn't. She was etched in each part of his body consciously and what an irony subconsciously too. He was snapped out of his thoughts with a knock on his cabin door.
He closed his fist tightly closing his eyes composing his disoriented thoughts and emotions he said, Come in...He was in no mood to talk or argue.
Adi came in with a file. Sir we need your signatures and... Maan interruptedHmmm...Give me... He took the file and signed it after reading thoroughly. The papers were related to the construction on a Khurana property and finances related.Leave...He ordered.But Sir...Adi spoke fearfully.
What else?!Maan spat gritting his teeth. He was already pissed off. Mam's signatures are also required on these papers...Adi was sweating seeing his anger rising exponentially.
Why?He was shocked.
She is equal share holder as you are...Adi sighed seeing Maan diverting his thoughts towards Geet.
Then why wasn't it required in these three months? Why now? Maan was surprised. Although the contract papers said she is equal partner of the company but what say did she have in Khurana properties and finances. He needed to find about it as soon as possible.
Adi broke his chain of thoughts.Sir in these three months we have dealt with other companies but this... Is a Khurana property according to the will... Vicky Sir..Adi informed something Maan was unaware about.Whose will?Maan asked uncertainly.Mr.Khurana...Adi spoke shocking Maan. He was stunned. How was that possible that his Dad involved Geet in his will? Why her? Guess he would get his answers from Geet herself. He told Adi to leave and he kept the papers with himself safely .
He went in search of Geet. He wanted his answers.

Geet!He slammed the door entering her cabin. To his dismay it was empty. No Geet. His anger rose to all levels high. Where could she go now? When he had already warned her about the consequences if she failed to follow his conditions, how dare she leave the office and without his permission! He gritted his teeth shouting for Adi in anger. Adi rushed in. Maan's voice was practically shaking the whole office. Contact Geet however you want, but I want her here within one hour... You Get it?! He warned and left.

The car halted infront of Khurana Mansion snapping Geet out of her thoughts. Her hands shivered to open the door to bare herself to the very place...all the memories... Good and bad ,sprang into her heart making her emotional. Just then the driver opened the door for her. No sooner had he stepped out when she saw Daadi standing with open arms to engulf her baby. How she wished Maan welcomed her like that! Even then the sight of Daadi broke her control. She ran into her arms snuggling into her crying like a baby. Her tears were endless. Daadi couldnt speak a word seeing her pain. She just gestured her to enter... Her home... Their home. It just brought back his cold words.Leave Geet just leave...Dont ever come here back...I dont want you ever entering my house...She jerked back leaving Daadi's embrace.
No...She composed her emotions. But why Beta...its your own home...Daadi pleaded. Dont you remember Daadi its HIS house!Geet smirked. Turning away from Daadi..I came here to take a file that Vicky wanted please give me that... I need to leave ...
Par beta andar toh...Daadi spoke desperately.Please! Dont force me! I am waiting here... Aap kisiko bhej ke wo file le aayiye...She was feeling suffocated. She wanted to leave. Daadi helplessly nodded calling for Nakul. Geet gave the description of the file and Nakul found it and handed it to her. She left from there as soon as possible.

She tightly held the file while entering office. There was panic and hullabaloo . Everybody was rushing. As soon they saw her, all stood still gaping at her in silence. Adi was the first to break the silence.Geet Mam! Maan Sir is very very angry because you were missing. He...Adi was worried sick but Geet was cold..Give this file to Vicky...

He needs it urgently...Saying so she walked to his cabin. As she was about to knock, Dont bother knocking Miss Handa... Taking permission isnt your genre!Maan spoke facing the window. I had something important to doShe spat on his face.What can be more important than being here?His eyes spitted fire as he neared her. She stood undaunted and seemed unaffected. He stood just behind her with his mouth very close to herI dont need to remind you of the consequences, Do I?He whispered dangerously and she shivered. She turned around slowly feeling weak on her knees due to his proximity,Vicky needed...And he placed his mouth on hers. Those lips which had been torturing him since morning, he held them in his possession. He never intended to get close to her. Or even show his vulnerable self to her.
When away both always seemed miles apart, but when together they couldnt keep their hands off each other.
The kiss seemed to last forever as he refused to let go and she clinged to him like it was her last breath. They seemed unseparable.MineHe spoke into her mouth tucking her closer as she deliberately threaded her fingers through his hair scratching his scalp. Their passion overflowing... She became wild...thrashing wriggling wanting more of him scratching his arms. He finally let go seeing her go breathless. Her chest heaving irregularly and his heart beating too loudly. He was continuously licking his lips as she had bit and scratch them. She saw him licking again and smirked realizing its her deed. He chuckled foolishly turning away realizing their pleasurable action. It didnt even occur to them for a second that they hated each other. It was just them and their overrated passion. Their rough ishq which always bonded them together even in hatred. Both of them flushed over their silly act and couldnt say any word to each other. She simply turned away walking slowly as their senses began to return. And so did the mutual hatred.

Geet went in slamming her door. She was now in college along with Vicky, Maan's youngest brother. Maan now taking over the reigns of Khurana Empire. He had went to her college to pick her up. But what he saw just fired him up.
She was talking with a guy holding hands and even Vicky wasnt around. He felt the guy was being too touchy with her.
What the hell is happening ?He roared grabbing her right elbow. She wriggled in pain as the guy ran away seeing him being furious.How dare you? He shouted on top of his voice as all of the students passing by looked at her. He didnt feel her pain... All he could feel was his burning jealousy. She felt hurt as she could feel all eyes on her and to top it off him shouting. She forcefully released his grip and ran away and sat inside the car. He rushed behind her. He again began shouting but all he received was a royal silence. It didnt bother him much at the moment.

However it did now. It has been 3 days since that incident and she didnt speak a word to him. He was actually scared with her silence. Did he go overboard with his jealousy?
Geet... Chodo na gussa maan jao ab... I am sorry...She shot him a stern look as he said 'sorry'.I know I went overboard ... I know Mujhe nai chilana chahiye tha tumpe sabke samne... I...He held her hand. She snapped. Turning around she grabbed a black cloth in her hand. She pulled his hand and placed the cloth in his palm.Maafi chahiye? She spoke gritting her teeth. She was terribly angry. He nodded meekly. First find me then i will think about forgivenessShe walked out of the room stomping. Maan hit his head with his hand.

It was night and Maan hadnt met her yet or made anyother efforts. She was mad now beyond limits. She cribbed cursing him standing on the window of their favorite spot, their farmhouse. Suddenly she felt his presence in the room. She stood stiff. As he came near her she closed her eyes. She felt his hands on her waist. She tucked in her stomach. As she felt his hand movements she found herself blinded by a cloth just like he was. She raised her hands feeling his face and she felt his eyes blinded as well with a cloth.Sachi mai pehen liyaShe cried.Got you!He whispered smiling pulling her closer.Kaise...She asked but was muted with a kiss. Secret Stairs seHe spoke into her mouth. CheatShe replied back forgiving him kissing him deeply.

He snapped out of his thoughts when he got a call. Just as he was about to pick it up he felt as if someone watching her. He immediately called Geet on her office phone. Thats when He heard a gun shot. He just jumped rushing to Geet's cabin. He hugged her cupping her faceTum thik toh ho na! He spoke almost crying. She was shocked at his gesture. He was too scared hugging her closer almost crushing her bones.Maan...She whispered softly.

He calmed down as she rubbed his back. He backed out and went speechless as to how to explain his action. He fumbled I... Am... Uh... Excuse Me please He walked out.

As he entered his cabin he could still hear his phone ringing. He sighed and picked the call. And what he heard just shocked him.I must keep her close...safe...He decided being too much worried about her.

However Mr.Khurana the papers cant be changed back even if Mr.Phugle returns.The lawyer informed him.
Why?Maan was surprised.
Its already in Mr.Khurana's will that Ms.Handa will be your equal partner... And till she joins Khuranas Vicky could be a substitute for herMaan seemed to be in deep thinking.
