Hua main Parineeta (?!?) 🤣

He glanced at the clock and squealed. She would be here in any minute.
He cursed himself for falling asleep and made his way to the kitchen. He turned on the stove for water to boil while searched for tea bags. He poured hot water in a cup and then put a spoon of sugar in it. He rushed towards the window as a black service SUV halted in the driveway.
He beamed and went back to his chore. Taking out the condensed milk, he poured a good amount of it in the water. He finished his special cutting chai by dipping the teabag in it.
He smiled at his handiwork. It was perfect.. exactly how she liked it. Arjun felt jittery just at the mere thought of how pleased she'd be with this. He made his way to the door, taking the cup with him; with bounce in his every step.
He stopped near the door as she opened the door and walked in. Arjun beamed at her but she just look at him from head to toe in an uninterested way.
His smile faded as she shrugged and walked away. He pouted first but then slowly made his way to her while she put her holster and ID card down on the table.
"Saakshi, tumhari cutting chai." He said shyly, forwarding the cup to her. She looked over her shoulder at him and glared at him. "Tumhe pata hai na mujhe yeh sab bilkul pasand nehi hai?" she snarled while he winced.
He felt his eyes sting but bit back the bile and said, "Par tumhari toh aadat hai na.. fresh hone se pehle chai peena."
She turned towards him hearing his croaked voice. She rolled her eyes watching him almost crying. His oh so vulnerable sight mellowed her a little and she sighed. "Fine.. do." She took the cup while he looked at the floor.But Saakshi decided to give him some time to compose himself and walked to their bedroom, sipping on her chai. It was perfect; she smiled at her husband's work.
While she went to change, Arjun came into the room. He walked to the window, gazing outside. He finally let his tears overcome him.
She doesn't love me. His mind concluded, making him hysterical. But then why did she marry him? He was better off being the nave and sad Arjun Anand who was kidnapped and she, ACP Saakshi Rawte had to jump in and save him.
Things would have been better if she hadn't saved him and then one day, married him. Things would have been better if she wasn't so khadoos and actually respected his sentiments too.
Since the first day he stepped into this house as Arjun Rawte, her husband, he tried to be the best husband. He had surrendered himself to her totally. Because his father once had said, "men's heaven are under their wives feet."
And God is witness, he had given his hundred percent.
Never even said "ouch" everytime she harshly held him when she came back home being mad about something. He didn't ask her to take him out like other normal wives do. Never hoped for anything.. never said anything when she glared at him for something that's not his fault.
But she never loved him. And it hurt him.. because he loved her.She married him given his sad past and traumatic life.. she saved him. She sympathized with him but never loved him.
When he had fallen for her. Fallen with love with this brooding, passionate and grim lady.
And that confession made him howl, he clamped his palms over his mouth to mute his quenching sobs but his broad shoulder shuddered with unruly tears. He then heard the click and wiped away his tears before she saw them.
Saakshi came out of the bathroom to find Arjun near the window, rubbing his face furiously. She walked to him curiously, standing a step away she asked, "Kya hua?"
Even though he should have been prepared for this but her sudden call took him by surprise and he turned at her all startled. "Kuch bhi toh nehi." He stammered and walked past her, hoping her scrutinizing eyes wouldn't catch anything.
But he was wrong. She caught his wrist and tugged him with such a force that he stumbled and crashed to her body. "Mujhe jhoot se nafrat hai, kaha tha na maine?" She spitted out furiously while he tried to free his wrist.
"Ji.. kuch bhi toh nehi. Chodo pls.. dard ho raha hai." He stammered again, biting back the bile while trying not to look into her eyes. She could read him like an open book like he was some criminal.
She left his wrist and noticed red bruises as he tried to rub it away. She ran her fingers through her hair in frustration and closed her eyes to control. She shouldn't lose temper.
She took his wrist again and Arjun tried to protest; fear evident in his eyes. But to his surprise, she lifted it up to her mouth, blowing in it, causing him to shiver. He shied away and moved to the window again; trying to calm his erratic heart.
She actually grinned at him.. One look at him and her desired flared up! Walking upto him, Saakshi cornered Arjun. It took him a moment to realize that he was trapped and pinned to the wall as she had placed both of her hands on either side of his face. He lowered his eyes and felt his face go totally red under her heated eyes.
"I'm sorry." She whispered, making him look at her. But he shuddered again but this time with anticipation as she was hungrily looking at his lips; her eyes dark with passion. He turned away, blushing furiously.
"Kya kar rahe ho?" his voice quivered, feeling her hand firm on his neck while another one had sneaked around his waist.
"Tumhe kya lagta hai?" She huskily said, leaning in a little so that her breaths could tease him. He closed his eyes when she crooked his head up to meet hers.
"I'm taking what rightfully is mine." She answered and this was his undoing. He couldn't stop that sudden gasp and sob. He cried, lowering his face in shame.
"Hey.. what's wrong? Talk to me Arjun." She asked, but he refused to meet her eyes.
"Why are you crying?" She asked ever so softly.
Arjun slowly lifted his eyelashes while she wiped his tears away and blurted out, "I think I love you."
Saakshi froze in place while his sudden confession hit her. She stared at him horrified and her look only made him cry louder.
This is it.. he had made a fool of himself.. now she'd reject him and ask him to stay the hell away from her. She might even divorce him.
But as he was gonna say sorry, she shushed him with slanting a kiss on his inviting pink lips. He gasped and she just deepened it but instantly softened up knowing it was his first kiss. Slowly, she explored his mouth, voicing her feelings along with it. She planted some feathery kisses along his jaw, while sneaking a hand under his t-shirt, feeling his hard abs with her fingers.
He moaned and she growled with need.Of course she loved him too. Since the first time she had set eyes on him.. his scared black orbs cut deep through her soul and she knew she had to make him hers. And she did.
But she was scared too.. cause he was too innocent and she was all fifty shades of grim. He was too good for her.
So she had decided she'd let him go if that's what he wanted but now with his confession, Saakshi was the happiest woman alive. She got everything she needed, she wanted.
And now she'd make him see in what extend she loved him.
She would show him how what love is.
She guided him towards the bed, leaving his lips to let him breathe before freeing him from all the biding clothes.
He shied away, hiding his face into the pillow but her husky voice penetrated through him and willed him to look at her. Her intense eyes were too much so he turned off the light, making Saakshi chuckle.
She crawled up to him, kissing every visible skin; tracing with her fingernails, making him whimper, moan and writhe under her.
She slowly ran her fingers through his soft hair and leaned forward to take his lips in a searing kiss again. She switched on the lights and whispered in his ears. "I want you to look at me while I make love to you."
He shivered and moaned as she straddled and with a thrust, made him whole. Both groaned and gasped, seeking for each other. She kissed his tears away, whispering sweet nothings to him.
They made love..slowly, taking all the time they need. Promising each other that this was once in a lifetime love and they'd love each other through everything.
And he snuggled closer to her later that night.. seeking comfort from her and beaming at his fate.
He had her now. As if to prove his thought, she tightened her grip around his waist.
