EPILOGUE
The atmosphere in Khurana Mansion was lively, as Geet paced along the living room waiting for that very moment when he would step into the house. Dadimaa, Vishal and Vishakha ( Maan's parents ) watched her amusingly given she just couldn't take her eyes off the door. Unable to hold herself anymore, Daadimaa just burst out laughing, making Geet look in their direction with a puffed face. Geet pouted cutely seeing their teasing session and simply walked out of the living room towards his bedroom, unable to hide her flushed face anymore. Dadimaa smiled seeing her blushing and walking away, she felt elated seeing their children so happy for she knew how much Maan and Geet loved each other. Once in Maan's room, she closed her eyes feeling his aura in the room, which she had been missing since the last one year. Today finally he was returning from US, succeeding in bringing Khurana Constructions to the topmost position thereby proving himself as well as to take over as the MD of Khurana Constructions. Time ticked by, so did her heartbeats rise frantically. Suddenly, Geet could feel him around her for her heart had already sensed his presence. Geet opened her eyes, slowly looking towards the door only to feel herself coming alive again. He stood there with a smile on his lips, yes it was him; her Maan was back. Seeing her face light up, Maan knew exactly what she was going through. No words seemed to fit the situation, he simply opened his arms out, waiting for her to run into him finally giving a rest to the fire of longing that was burning them since the past one year. Without wasting another moment of the precious moment, Geet hauled herself into his open arms, the only place she found solace. Feeling her crushing herself to him he let out a sigh of relief finally getting to hold his life tightly in his arms and cocooned her in his strong embrace. He swiftly lifted her off the ground twirling her in the air, inhaling as much of her scent as much as he could. Geet hid herself in the crook of his neck, as he kept twirling her. The carnal need to feel her finally made him stop as he set her on the ground pulling her away. Before she could object to the loss of his embrace, he smacked his lips on hers, pulling her closer harshly by her waist. She gave in instantly, as she felt his warm lips against hers. He chewed on her lips, while she kept biting his lips, each demanding an entry into each other's sweetness. They fell on the bed with the intensity of the kiss, but soon had to break the erotic kiss due to the lack of breath. Maan unwillingly left her petals, and placed a soft yet long kiss on her forehead.
I missed you baby He said, his lips lingering on her skin.
I missed you too Maan. She said, wrapping her arms around his neck, holding him tight to herself. The moment froze for both of them as they didn't want to let go. Breaking the moment, Maan got off the bed, pulling her into a sitting position. She eyed him with a frown, leaving her confused with his sudden actions. He laughed seeing her so desperate for the proximity, but he had something else in store for her. Lovingly, Maan went down on his knees, taking her hand into his. Geet heart fluttered in happiness at his movements, ultimately living the moment she always dreamt of. Dazed, she started at him with pure love, unable to hold herself together. Maan kissed her hand lovingly.
Geet, I love you baby. I don't have words to express my love for you, but I will simply say my heart beats only for you and my life is incomplete without you. I can't imagine my life without you, will you marry me Jaan.? He asked touching her hand to his forehead, speaking the words that were no less than honey for Geet's ears. Geet was overwhelmed seeing his confession, for she knew he was always reluctant in wording his feelings. She looked at him in awe, realizing how madly she was in love with her Mr. Charmer. Getting no response from her, Maan looked up only to see her looking at him lovingly, although he knew her answer but he wanted to hear it.
Jaan.?He called out, indicating his wait. Saying nothing, Geet got off the bed sitting down on her knees in front of him. Maan watched her with a smile playing on his lips, as she cupped his face and placed her lips on his forehead clearly pouring out her feelings in the form of approval. Did they need any words at all.?
Yes was all she whispered with her lips still at the right place. The moment those words left her lips, they were consumed by his fierce kiss glistening with the happiness of her acceptance. The kiss was ever so soft yet sensual, making the day a special one for both of them. After a long kiss, and a much needed small make out session given they couldn't control their flowing emotions, both of them left the room to share their new found happiness with their families. The Khuranas and the Handas were overjoyed hearing the news of Maan and Geet all ready to be tied into a blissful and sacred thread of marriage. The families celebrated the news to the fullest, while 2 souls were too much in love to realize any of the things happening around them, dreaming of their beautiful future together. It marked a new beginning of their unconditional love.
Hey Guys, here's a small epilogue to the story as some requested. It may not be that good, as I never planned an epi..but since some asked me for it..I briefly typed an epi up.!
