I think I got what Jalal meant by 'Hara Rang'

I think he meant If you choose to stay here as my Begum, wear Green. If Jodha wanted to reamind as his Begum and stay here, She should wear Green to show that.

And I think that's what was in the SBS.

When they showed Jodha colouring the White Duppata, she was wearing a Green Joda, means she accepted staying there and Jalal came with White Dupatta as sign of Peace.[Your'e living here as my Begum then, Let's live with peace, No More "Gruhna" and "Jalal ka sar"] And Jodha colours that with Pink, Hint of Love[As Paridhi said, In SBS] but Shehen Shah fails to take that, I hope one day he will understand.

So, for me the meaning of "Hara Rang hame khaas pasand, Isse pehene rahiye" is If Jodha decides to stay as her Biwi she should wear Geen as a Hint.

Maybe, I am right let's see.

So now I can understand why he keeps wearing the green dress repeatedly. once while talking about this, my nephew made a comment that it might be the uniform he has to wear when he calls for Diwan e khas.
