i read somewhere that reconstructive surgery has been going on since the 800's but dont know if its to this an extent.

Its al mahamanga's plan guys, when she came to that jalal has started suspecting her, she went into tht private chamber to bring out one of her look alike. .to confuse jalal. .
I dunno about the mugal saltanat, but in ancient time there were many kings nd uche aude wale people. .who used to have evn more than 1 look alikes of them. .
For eg: Magadh emperor dhananand has 9 look a likes thts y chandragupt took a lot of effort to kill him, nd evn humayu hs one as thy said. .but in mahamanga case, i dunno. .she had it or not :/
