I think jodha johar karne ki sochegi as Jalal gave her two options...but as a Rajput princess she cant go back to Amer...and cant live with Jalal either ! so she might prefer johar

Yea I totally agree with you I don't think Jodha could ever do that she's too brave and dignified, I'm pretty sure it was a hyperbole because I could never believe that.
