Villains should be dragged and kicked': Gulshan Grover
DC | Natasha Coutinho | 7 hours 50 min agoBollywood's original bad man Gulshan Grover is poised to make a comeback in 'Bullet Raja'. The actor rues that villains are fast disappearing from Hindi films. Gulshan says that heroes playing glorified villains in films these days don't excite him. "It's a good challenge for actors. But I don't like the way villains are glorified these days. You should allow yourself to be beaten up, dragged and kicked. You have to be gutsy enough not to mind being humiliated on screen," says the veteran actor.
Gulshan also doesn't support the trend of glorified exits for negative characters in films. "Those who give negative characters a glorified exit where he shoots himself, are cowards," says the actor who is happy with the way his character in 'Bullet Raja' has shaped up.
