The thing is raghu is involved cause raghu was said to give the so called present which was actually the bomb , it showed in a flash back scene when they are right in front of antus house in a car and aman has the bomb inside that present box that was given to dr kaul and he tells raghu "raghu tu mera ek kaam karega?" and raghu says " haan haan rahil bhai bolo naa." so yes raghu was used in this bomb plot and was unintentionally involved and made a scape goat. but aman feels guilty about using raghu thats why he keeps on saying to himself that sorry raghu tum bohot acche insaan ho and blahh. :P

Anyways if Raghu is involved there then hope they won't make the revelation part irritating and won't extend the track
