Was travelling - just caught the last three episodes ... they should be titled Manav's Stupidity! 😆 Honestly, which idiot goes and tells details of all their plans and breakthroughs to the villain of the piece ... and then expects she will sit back and do nothing?! The silliest was when Manav showed Rupali the phone with the talk between the doctor and Harish ... without even backing up the video anywhere else! And then he and Chhanchhan go off to court alone ... *head desk*

Same question as Babuji ... why did Manav stop the car for the goons? Why didn't he back off and take off ... why did he and Chhanchhan get out of the car at all? 😕

Oh well ... no point looking for logicwa in this boatwa ... good they wrapped the Rupali track today itself, so that tomorrow will be hopefully just fun and celebrations.

What I liked this week ...

One glimpse of nayi soch ... Mansi's talk after her rishta broke ... that she didn't care about the rishta, she would have broken it herself, she cannot live in a family that does not respect her parents and her family. Umaben has already reformed, otherwise it would have been a good lesson to the old Umaben.

The ChhanMan scene and song yesterday ... dialogues were too cheesy though😛 but liked the song 😃

Umaben and CC's mom back ... would have liked to see the rest of the Sarabhais too, but I guess they are still off on their 'trip'.

What I didn't like ...

I thought Manav was aiming for Duffer of the Day again ... although could make out from her expressions that Chhanchhan was already planning something ... fortunately Manav was part of the plan 😆 so he got saved from the title!

Very little of Sanaya the entire week ... hope we get more of her tomorrow! And too much of Rupali and Harish and Ambalal and son and other assorted boring people 😕

Be back for the final Take tomorrow 😃

Monday - thumbs down...
Tuesday episodes...thumbs sideways only because of the ChanMan song...but there was no ChanMan romance...cheesy bedroom conversation as you said.. Mansi's take on the "rishta" was good, but what's the point now. The Boy's father...what the heck kinda long time friend was he...another stupid track.
The whole Rupali accusation...legal issues...just so retarded...and what the freaking hell kinda brain did they give Manav...really... go and show the tart the video...OMG...and then stop the car...even worse...come out of the car...somebody threaten my BF (I am not married) I would have put my foot onto the gas pedal (even if he was driving) and driven right into them. I am going to stop here. 😆
I'll be back with my rant after I see Wednesday episode. I doubt I am going to be happy. I just hope the last day is good. 😊

Hope they end this Manav track soon. We need

Mama Pathak is back and the show is ending tomorrow ... Sept 19th is the last episode. 😊

So we have finally come to the end of the ChanMan story. Can't remember what happened specifically in each episode but the creatives did take a very 70's filmy route to the ending. Manav showing the video to Rupali was rather daft and so was not having a back up. The Rupali track came to an end as abruptly as every other track, but I am glad tomorrow we will get a happy ending and hopefully few ChanMan scenes.

Through these three days ChanMan scenes were as usual the best thing in lackluster episodes and kudos to Sanuj for keeping it going despite every other department winding up shop already.

Glad to see Uma ben back and mama Sarabhai, wish the rest could come tomorrow but guess they all are out on a trip. Will miss the lovely Sarabhai family.

Mansi wedding proposal was brought in to rub salt on the wounds and as usual nobody stops the vamp from saying her piece and causing damage. Glad that Mansi also got her 2 minutes of limelight...literally...but a good message there.

Sanaya looked lovely in a saree yesterday.

The end of this show is bitter-sweet, wish the show had done better but the excitement of Sanaya' s next project is taking over. Sanuj and the entire cast need a round of applause for enacting their characters well and keeping up their enthusiasm till the end.

@bold ... I always wonder why the vamp/villain manages to say everything they want to say and no one stops them in such scenes, the rest are all struck dumb. A pet peeve of mine ... among others 😉

Loved Sanaya in saree yesterday and loved her purple suit today ... till the end, the PH has splurged lavishly on her clothes ... nice to see that!

And I too have to commend Sanuj and the rest of the cast for keeping the show going till the end despite the very lacklustre track ... the rushed pace showed in this week's episodes, but then the pace has always been rushed throughout - a major failing of the show.

Anyway, like you said, the excitement for Sanaya's new show is tempering the sadness at bidding goodbye to this one ... the ending was expected as the TRPs never picked up, but now we have something bigger and hopefully much better to look forward to.

I saw three episodes in a rush all together ... the only thing I remember of yesterday's is the ChhanMan song and the Mansi scene ... which I liked for Mansi's speech, but the whole scene whene Rupali holds forth and the rest of the family is struck dumb, was very annoying, to say the least! Agree with Mansi ... who in their right minds would want to marry into a family like that ... and that Ambalal was supposed to be Matilal's childhood friend ... why would he believe a total stranger over his old friend?! Very stupid track - or rather, mini track!

I thought Manav's brain had stopped working completely today ... the only good thing was that Chhanchhan could be seen to be thinking clearly ... fortunately the plan took shape and they ended the Rupali track today itself! Thank god they didn't drag it til tomorrow! At least we can have one fun light hearted episode to end the show ... then the wait starts to see Sanaya again on screen!
