It was a sweet episode...and yes Madhu being more than kind to an elderly unknown woman perhaps came when the lady told her that she had visited Siddhi Vinayak temple barefoot to pray for Rishab...This would have definitely touched Madhu and she in turn wanted to reach out and ease the lady as best as she could...helping another is Madhu's inherrent nature...and here it was for her Rishab...so there...
