Did NIKAAH really Happen.... ?????? My thoughts

I have been reading many posts on IF explaining the invalidity of ZoYaan Nikaah... yes all the reasons are perfect... but that arises if the Nikaah has actually happened even by Mistake...
The fact is Nikaah has not taken place altogether coz

Ayaan said "Haan" to Zoya Mohammed Fareeb nd NOT to Zoya FAROOQI
so how on earth are Zoya nd Ayaan married even by Mistake...

the rest explanations reg. Valid or invalid nikaah follows

nd the track is full of bloopers , loopholes nd lacks rationality go d T lyk
1. zoya nd ayaan both havin mobile but do not use dem...

2. y did ayaan leave d safe room where he hide humera...

3. dey hide their faces nd take bride nd grooms places to rescue themselves instead of screaming for help which Normal ppl do

4. the Maulvi recognizes Ayaan nd does not even bother to check whether he has registered for marriage... He called up Gaffur... so wht did he ask him??? He knows Ayaan but nd family but does not bother to know y he is alone for his Nikaah... where is
his Family...

5. The Maulvi does not notice dat both were talking on mobile...

6. how can Nikaah be considered done by just saying yes... as per my knowledge day need to say Qubool Hai

nd many more if we consider LOGIC but i guess dat do not Apply to TV Shows

Now just a small request to Gul Khan... PLEASE do not drag dis track too much... nd for heaven sake get over wid Tanveer obsession ... I can tolerate Karan in long hair but not her...

i hv too much to say but for now dis is enough... actually tired typing on my cell...

there was no Zoya's wali and 2 witnesses.. without taking their signatures, nikaah cannot be conducted..
