I dont think Soham will be able to carry out Balan's plan as his sherwani has been confiscated by Manav and now Archana will force him to blurt out the truth. His family will be very disappointed and hurt, Sachin will start hating him again but at least for the time being, Soham's hands will be tied. Unless Balan kidnaps Gauri too and forces her to marry Soham.
Actually I pity Soham, Archana Manav failed him again. They shd have started educating him instead of allowing him to work at a grocery store. Education and a better job would have boosted his self confidence and worth. Then perhaps he would not behave like an obsessive stalker/lover with Gauri. I think his ego has been badly hurt by Gauri's rejection and thats making him behave like a sociopath!
@muse10 it IS sadistic track and completely unnecessary...I also was so looking forward to Manav/Soham bonding. But...I don't think Soham should be rewarded for this behavior or forgiven. It is just plain wrong.
The best thing for us to do as viewers is not to show who we like...cause sure enough the ones the viewers like the most will be destroyed the most...😡
@Pallavi. I don't pity Soham now. I used to feel kind of sorry for him once in awhile but i was always pulling for him. I really was soft for his character...but they've completely changed his personality. He isn't "going back to what he was", he has become a different person.
I disagree that any of this is ArMan's fault. Firstly there hasn't been a lot of time since Soham came into the house and a very short time since Manav accepted him. Qualities of the heart have nothing at all to with education or position. You can be uneducated and compassionate (as Soham WAS) or powerful and a hardened criminal. I understand that his feelings of self worth would have increased had he a better job but then, Pallavi, every sociopathic, pyschopathic crazy should be let off the hook. Everyone who does these kinds of awful things has a "story" of abandonment, low self esteem, on and on and on.
At what point are people held accountable for their own actions?
As to education, Varsha is the one who should have educated him. What kind of woman allows her "son" to live a life of crime and not even teach him some skills that would help him get out of that environment. Education for Soham now is a very tricky thing. I am not sure he can read. Many people who are illiterate succeed with strong will power. Often people are surprised they can't read etc.
Actually they have shown Soham to be a bit..slow. Maybe the writers don't know the difference between education and intelligence, between education and social skills. These are NOT synonymous
Soham did show some determination when he was trying to win Manav's love, but now he's just nuts and a very bad person. He suddenly doesn't seem to care whether Manav loves him or not. In fact, the pathological lying to Archana, pretending to be concerned about the family...when in fact, he had stolen the money...👎🏼 very bad news.
I am just thoroughly disgusted with what Ekta has done with this...like always, grasping at straws and confused as to who they want some character to be...😕 ...this explains the pathological part 🤢
