So the much dreaded episode has finally aired.
And the most important thing i noticed was that Zoya said Haan to her Mr khan and not to Ayaan or the Qazi.😆. so how can this Nikah be valid?
(And why isn't the Symbolism lovers not coming up with predictions regarding Zoya's Haan to MR.Khan today?.. 😆..)
And even Ayaan said Haan to his Abbu only.
Well anyway, coming to the episode, i have to say that the Cvs have really tried hard to present this Nikah in a logical manner. I was one person who had been wondering how they will pull off this Nikah during a community wedding and i got my answer..Even though there are still loopholes, i have to say that we have got many answers today and that they have really tried hard to make it as logical as possible.
1. We know what happened to Humaira.. Ayaan kept her in a safe place and went himself to face the danger and Humaira is safe and unaware of what was happening.. probably thats the reason why humaira was smiling in the PROMO.. But then Humaira wasn't actually smiling today..( proven that PROMO doesn't have much of a logic either or is misleading deliberately)... she was afraid .. her 6th sense was telling her that something was wrong.. And so was Asad's 6t sense.
2. We understood how it became possible for the Qazi to say Ayaan and Zoya's name without them hearing it and getting shocked and refusing it.. Both were on the phone and did not hear anything the Qazi was telling them.
And LO AND BEHOLD, both said Qubool Hai but not to each other!
Now coming to the loopholes...
1. Vikram was standing right besides Ayaan when the Qazi said Ayaan's name.. And he didn't hear it? If he had, he would have surly dragged Ayaan from there - Nikah prevented .😆
2. The seventh groom didn't attend the wedding.. hence Ayaan took his place.. But what happened to 7th Bride?.. Didn't she think that Zoya was sitting at her place and Ayaan probably was her Would be , especially when he appears to be missing.
3. I am sure that the names of all couples were registered beforehand.. so when Ayaan and Zoya's name was not registered, didn't it strike the Qazi that something is weird?
4. What about Zoya's Wali? Didn't the Qazi think about it and why there were no family members present?
Now here is a paragraph from a muslim site regarding the matter of a bride's Wali during Nikah..
Women require a wali (guardian) who ensures and secures their rights. The question over here is whether the woman needs permission from her wali to marry or whether she has the right to marry anyone whom she likes without permission. The Shafi'i, Maliki and Hanbali schools say that nikah entered into by a woman herself, without the permission of her wali, is invalid and void. The Hanafi ruling on this matter is that a woman can enter into a marital contract by herself without permission from her wali. The definition of such a "woman" will come later on and it does not incorporate every woman..
So the conclusion here is that this Nikah between Ayaan and Zoya is is obviously not a valid Nikah.
But the BIG QUESTION is how are they going to portray this in the coming episodes and what would be Ayaan's answer tomorrow?.
PS. some of the loopholes and illogical things are probably put deliberately by CVs to validate that the Nikah is actually not valid..so lets be patient and let the track unfold completely before judging and deciding.😉
