Fatehpur Sikri was moghul capital for 14 years it was later abondoned due to water scarcity
It is actually divided in to two sections
Fateh and Sikri
Fateh is a holy mosque or royal mosque
Sikri is the grand royal palace
Sikri is especially interesting because it consist of various other small sections or palaces of royals and cabinets
Jodhaa has the biggest palace next to akbar
Her palace has a hindu temple and is based on hindu architecture
There is a queen treasury section much like a federal building but only for queens
This building has three rooms, each room has three big square shaped treasure slots
Each queen owns her own room and hence the treasure windows much like our shringaar types where they would keep their own gold or jeweleries
Sikri also had mina bazaar only for queens this is like our shopping mall but only for queens
Adjacent to that is maternity room

Its architecture encompasses 4 religious or heritages
Persian Muslim Hindu and Jain You can sense this by seeing the pillars
