Imram didnt decide the venue,

Tanveer did but imran said it aloud and said fine ill meet you at "--" here.

But i do find it odd that imran didnt come tere. =|

So i actually think imran was in on the plan with tanveer. They both may hve seen zoya that night when she saw them. Imran wants to marry najma so he may have helped tameer out.
