Ruks didn't blame Jodha blindly. As you might recall all the evidences were against the Amerwasis. She only asked for justice. She was the one who was wronged after all. Besides she did save Jodha which we should be grateful for. Now its Salima who has the evidences set up against her upon whose discovery even Ruks was shaken for a moment. But I am pretty sure Salima will proven innocent soon enough. Jalal definety can't & won't najarbandofy Salima as well that would be too ludicrous.
