Justice - finally !!

I am glad to hear that all the four rapists of Nirbhaya will be hanged. Justice is here finally. But ,
will it happen? How long will they take to execute the sentence? What kind of appeals will be flying?
And, when a juvi commits an adult crime, he will still be treated as a juvi? Moot point?
Time our judiciary thought about changes in the system??

It is sad a juvi is treated like juvi although the crime he did was an adult crime.

He is under 18 Caryn - but from the media we understand that he was the most cruel of all !!! His mother should be ashamed - I for one think that the parents should be held responsible if a juvi commits a crime, what say folks?
