Asad

He hates Rashid for betraying his mother Dilshad. He does not realise that Rashid was a victim of circumstances therefore he married Shireen. Asad will feel that Zoya and Ayaan betrayed him. This is just how Dilshad feels Rashid betrayed her. Likewise he will finally get to know that they were the victims of circumstances as well. He still loves Zoya (like his mother loves Rashid) although she is married to another man. He will understand how his father feels. There will be conflict between the 2 brothers.

Ayaan

I really think that Ayaan and Zoya's marriage will not be valid. Everyone including them will assume that they are married. This is because of all the confusion as it is a community wedding (I don't understand what that means.) it's also a plot by Tanveer. Zoya and Ayaan will not consummate the marriage. Ayaan know's that Zoya loves Asad and Zoya knows that Ayaan loves Humeira. He will help Zoya with finding her father Gaffur and protect her from Razia.

Humeira

Razia will do anything for her daughter's happiness. She will force Ayaan to marry her and he will agree because he knows about her medical condition. Ayaan and Humeira will marry however Humeira will have lots of insecurities. It will not be a happy marriage. Razia will then feel the pain that Shireen goes through after forcing Rashid to marry her. Although Humeira loves Ayaan she will be insecure being the second wife.

Zoya

Zoya feels very strongly about marriage. She will not leave her husband under any circumstances.

She thinks Ayaan is her husband. She will feel the pain of separation from Asad but will be loyal to Ayaan. Zoya with the help of Ayaan will find the truth about her father. Razia truth with be revealed about the factory and Zoya's mother's death.

After all Tanveers's (the b..??) plots the truth will be revealed.

Zoya and Asad will finally say Qubool hai and that will be the end of Humeira's insecurities as she will know that she was always Ayaan's first wife.
