Kesar consoles Neha, who is crying. Neha tells her that she can't bear to see her family members accepting Harman as Riya's fianc. She tells her that they took her love away from her and gave him to Riya. Kesar tells her that she wouldn't have stayed happy by marrying Harman, as he doesn't love her. She tells her that Riya would realize Harman's true nature before marrying him.
Shalini asks Abhi as to why did he meet Kadambari. He tells her that he doesn't need her permission to meet people and he doesn't find the need to tells her why he met Kadambari. He then tells her that Anand would take over his place when he would not be around. Shalini refuses but later agrees when he threatens to dissolve the partnership. When she steps out of the office to attend a call, Abhi accidentally knocks off a file from the desk. As he picks it up, he sees the papers of Mallya House and Mallya Shipping Lines and is shocked. When Shalini returns, she is shocked to see the papers in his hand and grabs it right away. When he asks her about it, she refuses to tell him anything.
At the construction site, Rudra is surprised to discover that the work has been stopped. The construction head tells him that they have not received the raw materials. Pam tells him that the suppliers haven't received the payment. Rudra is surprised, as he had already sent them their checks.
Shalini meets someone and shows him a project file. She tells him that she would like to build a commercial complex at the site of Mallya House. The man tells her that they will have to seek the permission of higher authorities, as the plan seems illegal. She tells him that the house belongs to her but the man refuses to accept the proposal. She tries to bribe him but he throws her out of the office. Kesar's dad, who works there, witnesses this and asks the man as to what happened. The man tells him everything.
Rudra and Kesar are speaking to their suppliers and clients on the phone and are shocked to discover that all of their checks have bounced. Rudra tells Kesar that he had given Kadambari the loan papers and the loan amount should've been deposited to their account. He goes meet Kadambari. After he leaves, Kesar gets a call from her dada.
Rudra goes to Kadambari's house but finds the house locked. The security guard tells him that she has gone out of the city.
Kesar meets her dad. He asks her whether they have sold the Mallya House. She says no, he then tells her about Shalini's project. Kesar is surprised and tells him that they had used the Mallya House as security for a loan and had given the papers to Kadambari. Her dad tells her that Kadambari must've given the papers to Shalini.
Ryan tells Rudra that the bank has suspended their loan because they have not received the loan papers. Rudra tells him that they gave the papers to Kadambari. Ryan tells him that he found out that Kadambari gave the papers to Mr. Rastogi but now both of them have disappeared. Rudra tells Ryan that Kadambari must've cheated on them and that they would go bankrupt. Ryan tells him that they shouldn't have trusted her easily.
Kesar goes to Kadambari's house and finds it locked. She is about to leave when she sees a shadow of a woman in a room. She finds the back door unlocked and enters through that door, where she finds Kadambari in her room. Kadambari is shocked to see her.
