Ila's meeting with Shamit

I just finished watching today's episode of FG (for us NRIs), and I was so shocked at the way Ila told Shamit that the only reason she saved him was because the friends had already called on Shamit's name. That was so unfair - how can she discourage Shamit like that?! Shamit deserved to be saved, he sang very, very, very well. I thought he sang better than Arpita, but since the Judges chose her, I think the faculty should have happily saved Shamit because he deserved it - not because the other students had said he should be saved. The way she said it was very blatant and rude, and I felt for him when he started crying. She did absolutely nothing to boost his courage, instead she totally discouraged him. And then she said "I didn't mean to hurt you". Ha. Hurt was interwoven in her every syllable, and I bet she knew that. That was very mean of her.

Yeah I turned on the t.v. right after she gave her speech to Shamit. So I was wondering what made him cry. I thought Shamit was her favorite. She is probably trying to make a non-Shamit fan image, because in the past it was obvious that Arijit and Shamit were her favorites. Too late for that.

yes..& one of my frnds told me, tht in sunday's lamhe thy show their entire conv, in which she says tht "if ur frnds took ur name, as a result of ur magical words, thn it needs immediate attention"...& thts whn he cried..
he said, " if the whole politics issue rises again, he wont b able to take it this time, & he would rather quit"...man! she was so mean to him..& thn i got more mad whn she says, "haskar jao, & kisiko batana mat"...how insensitive is tht...

Well, I missed that part and they don't have the video up at the FG site. So I don't know what tone of voice or words Ila used.

But maybe Ila was trying to motivate Shamit, in her own unusual way? I know this sounds weird, but maybe Ila's comment will give Shamit a reason to prove her wrong. A negative comment, esp from a teacher or professor, can go a long way sometimes. Knowing Shamit, he'll use her comments/words to his advantage.

i agree. being negative sometimes does a lot more than being positive would.

I really hate Ila after today's episode, She was so damn rude today... I felt so bad for shamit. I just pray god that other all episodes he come out with good colors and then Ila might realise her mistake. I am still feeling sad for that guy, This kirti issue has made him helpless. I hope God gives him strenght to fight back, if not in Fame Gurukul then definitely somewhere else, where people would appreciate his talent and will love his voice. I am seriously hating to watch this show but don't want to stop because of talented students, but definitely want to avoid watching the Faculties. Feel like bashing their faces. anyways I hope for the best.

Its not a question of Shamit or anyone else, faculty is their to teach. They shouldnt be rude with anyone. What she has done to Shamit today she has been doing with Qazi from the very first day when she is responsible for choosing both Shamit and Qazi. It was his first day and Shamit couldnt tolerate and started crying. Think Qazi has some nerves he is tolerating it for 8 weeks and tried to nullify all rude comments with his funny acts, still Shamit has friends to console him Qazi doesnt have them too. Bechara Qazi he only has 3 million people by his side and I am sure they will take him there where he deserves to be. 😊

He is been supported by everyone. in today's episode, when he was crying, even Arpita was consoling him, who always have an attitude problem.

Other day, rex was listening to all his long speech about how he felt, everytime he went in danger.

They all support him! they help him in everyway. Watch this week's ranbhoomi on FG site. Arijit and Shammit, were saying that, Qazi practice that much, and we sing along with him so much, that when it comes to our turn, we forget our song.

Theres a difference between giving long speeches in Ranbhoomi and actually feeling for a person. Can u say u hate someone and wish he is out of Gurukul on his face when u actually feel for him?
