Why is the show named Gustakh Dil?

We have never really discussed why the show has been titled Gustakh Dil. Is it because instead of listening to reason and being practical, Nikhil follows his heart and does what is right by marrying Laajo? Or because even though he is married, his gustakh dil cannot forget Ishana or give up on his love for her? Or is it that he falls for both, and finds it difficult to choose between the two of them, hence "gustakh dil"? Any thoughts on that people?

Very good question, I was trying to figure out a couple of days ago, who they are saying has the Gustakh dil is it Nikhil as you've explained in your post nicely or is it Lajoo who is being challenge by her in-laws that she can never win them over and we know she is not a timid character she will want to win them over and now come to think about it the way they showed Ishana with Kunal recently we can apply it to Ishana as well, that with her heart it's telling her how Nikhil is and nobody can persuade her he is otherwise. Is it possible all 3 have this Gustakh Dil (Cocky heart), they are very confident and are very sure that what they are thinking is the right..
