The popular family drama, Star Plus' Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (Directors Kut), that has been entertaining the audience with some interesting masala will see a comedy sequence in tonight's episode that is certainly going to embarrass the lead pair Naitik (Karan Mehra) and Akshara (Hina Khan) in front of the whole family.
What?
Well, here we go.
As viewers already know, Naitik's family has been toying with the idea of bringing in a second child. The discussion will take a funny turn when Akshara's family will think the news to be true and drop in at the Singhania house to congratulate the family.
The drama will start when Naksh (Shivansh Kotia) will overhear his daadi (Sonali Verma) and Bhabhi Maa (Medha Sambutkar) talking about their excitement if Naitik and Akshara fulfill their wish of having another child. Naksh will take this discussion as a surety and be happy about it.
He will go to his school all glad and announce to his friends that he will soon have a sibling. The news will soon spread and when Akshara's family will come to know about it, they will rush to meet her. The entire family will come home and greet Akshara and Naitik with sweets and gifts. They will congratulate the two who will feel lost on this sudden gesture.
As a source informs us, "The entire family will finally manage to clear out the misunderstanding, but it will only leave the poor Akshara and Naitik red-faced while the whole family will have a hearty laugh on it."
We tried calling Karan but he remained unavailable for comment.
This particular sequence will go on air tonight (5 September 2013).
