Why DDEJ show rating low in UK

It was not updated again but i ask the concerned person & he reply...

Yesterday DDEJ got 7k viewers again

Same no increase

disappointed :(((((
guys we need proper promotion of our brilliant show...,otherwise we never increase our show viewers :(((

colors channel is free for the whole month, so it could be the reason why the ratings haven't picked up here...though to be honest I don't see any shows worth watching on colors...
