I think it's going to be something related to some kind of revenge she wanted to take... Or since Dev is Naintara's favorite son, she might just want to eliminate him out of jealousy or something... I don't know just guessing.

cos shes a heartless person... i dont even think she had thought about this plan when she married veer... this thought literally came to her, she had decided to kill dev when the sidhi baba told her and veer about the dangers in veer's life... by looking at her face it seemed so, as if she had thought of killing dev there and then 😡 i'd like to kill HER...
