i think it was the day she protected him by not telling Massi that jai was drunk which he really was after seeing pushkar and pia for the first time at their house.....for a party...the one where he hugs bani and says I love you............Pia..but he's actually saying it to bani. The party before the doctor told jai that she was pregnant...(when she was protecting Anu).

very well put...couldnt ahve said it better myself...it took him a while though b4 he actually admitted he loved her...cuz at first he hated her...then he cared about her...and then he told tarun he didnt know if he loved her but they had a "special" bond...blah blah blah...i think the first time he actually acknowledges love for bani is after ONS...i think the first time i remember him saying he loved bani is when rano finds out and he yells it out...he hasnt even said those three lil words to bani yet...what he is waiting for...i dont know😕😕😕

I think it's during the weddings of Rano, Rashi, and Anu with all the romantic wedding air looming over the Walia house that he actually realised that he loved her. Aditya also helped a bit in making him realize that he indeed loves her.
