For someone like pramad, servant can be like slaves

Servants are very important part of our lives ... they are treated very good because there is a great demand for them .

those who are old & loyal are like family members like in yeh rishta.. , even ek hazaroom mein...

this show has a different situation

This is a sensitive subject n though I agree with the post generally, I also suggest not to bring in your bias for kumud into discussion. I earnestly feel her attitude towards kalika shameful and prejudiced, she is not innocent from being part of this cruel circle of blatant condenscending manner and behaviour toward kalika, its easy to brush it off because kalika portrays the villain and kumud leads, that's no excuse for kumud to disrespect her as if she is lesser than herself only to reassert her power over another being maybe as it feeds her ego, that's what autocrats are like. That scene where she repeats to her to take out the trash is upsetting, way to stoop low, for shame indeed.

absolutely rangeeni kalika kumud scenes have not been having the desired effect ...lately i find myself sympathizing more with kalika ...
