but i wish some maid also inform poor jodha & she saw the scene when jalal was crying for the baby & later johra was roaming in her room worried then jalal comeup with the sword 😲

in those days there were no laabs so I think the khwaja relied on there sense of smell etc

I m too impressed by khwaja mere khwaja she is like way too far in future than the current medical world
No ultrasound and no blood test just dekha uparse aur janaa ke what the case is too good

Whether you want to believe it or not, even in todays world, there are so many rural villages who have not seen any doctors and there the experienced old ladies or the pandits will check the ladies for their pulse rate and confirm the pregnancy accurately (by saying exact week of pregnancy). They will even give the exact delivery date, nota day more or a day less.
