That's the way it should've been, I do not like the suggestion of saras and kusum, its very uncharacteristic of saras to marry kusum when he has dug himself deep in a trough of guilt and agony and incongruous with the fact that he loves kumud beyond himself, also kusum being kumuds sister, just does not ring right
And just because kumud is with someone by no means makes it necessary that saras has to be also, I think it would be more interesting to see him going solo, a lost man, a wanderer but who is never too far from keeping kumud in his thoughts, being with anyone other than kumud would negate from everything that has come to stand in his and kumuds relationship- now I'm not particularly a fan of them in that sense but I'm trying to see this from as realistic a perspective I can regarding saras response to the sticky situation.
as for Sunny and Kusum, I sigh to think about what could have been, they would have looked good together but not a lot of people voted for this to be I guess hence poor sunny has faded into oblivion unless by some wonderful chance he comes in kusums path and things happen..ugh there I go again, trying to visualize what has not happened..yet?

Kusum going all "Saras, Saras" just doesn't feel right. As a dutiful sister, she should either help Saras and Kumud get back together or rescue Kumud from that quagmire she's stuck in.

Try Telling that to kumud. She made a mess in her life , kusum 's gonna end up with saras

Absolutely. Saras on the other hand supposedly loves kumud only and has an ideal, otherworldly kind of love for her regard as we might infer from their past affair, by marrying he would be submitting to the constraints.of the social system of marriage which would negate from his so called out of this world love for kumud, and.by even having the slightest feeling for another just makes me unconvinced about how much he really loved kumud afterall.
also they cannot mould him into Lord Krishna who loved Radha the most but married many, they have no right to imitate it whatsoever. I truly feel he was set for the path of loneliness and spiritual realisation after such a tragedy would beset, that is so much more interesting to watch whilst kumud falls into the social condition of the world via marriage. kusum as a sister should know better than to marry saras, also she is a character in her own right and.should have her own life to live.(this is where sunny might hav entered) and saras had already had his days of romance, let others have their moments too.
