BANG ON !!!!!!! firstly asthama chala kaha jata hai , triggers me evry tym chalo jata hai toh aise ajeeb tyming pe kyu vapas aata hai 😵 as u said swayam ke saamne aatack aata toh atleast situatino mein thoda bohot sudhar aata, but no👎🏼 it didnt happen .
