I don't hate Liars...as mostly they are near ones..Also it depends why the lie was spoken as sometimes Lie is sweet and truth is too bitter.

I think your mom probably vented out her frustration on you ---may be she had other issues/problems that she was facing during those days --and she took everything on you @ -- very likely / - Probably she is denying it now coz she doesn't wanna ruin her image or may be she doesn't want you to feel that you had a terrible childhood ... But somewhere in her mind, I am sure she knows the truth and probably regrets her action in the past / - @ Just get over it, such incidents aren't worth remembering anyways- / And like Russell Peters mentioned about desi parents and their famous dialogue - "Somebody is gonna get hurt " :P

yes i do hate lies and liars.

in last few days,in virtual lyf i met one fat liar,who lies like taking breath😆 and GOD i am becoming more nd more impressed day by day of this person's lying;P

I'm sorry to hear your story and I hope your parents are not abusing you verbally or sexually anymore?!

Coming back to the discussion point, my perception is similar to epiphany. I do not enjoy being lied to therefore I mentally ensure I do not put another person in that situation either. But that does not make me a super woman as I too have my flaws. It's the subconscious that debates whether to go ahead with the lie or stop it

Btw this is my first post here and it's amazing to read some very valuable insights from all of you :)
