Where Aditya is really right-whatever his intentions are, he s right on a lot of stuff like
With respect to the team, he said from the beginning- they weren't mature enough to handle the ups/downs/ biases etc.,- in short pressures- of the professional world. And they proved him right. They might be better behaved next time but as of now, they walked out of a contract without attempting to sort out matters between swayam , rey and aditya and themselves.
And neha- aditya told Sharon and rey that she didn't have the attitude or confidence in her to make it big and he turned out right. Of course, she would have had more confidence if adi had treated her well but then...not everyone is a friend in this world.
( for eg: taani would nt have been crying so much if the gang hadn't laughed at her on and off)
About swayam- what aditya told rey about the quieter guys erupting suddenly especially when it came to matters of love. Swayam was the cool headed calm chap keeping an eye on aditya and thinking rationally till and TILL Sharon and rey were paired up . the special song just added to his irritation, any song where he had to see Sharon with anyone else dancing sensuously or intimately or whatever u call it would have irritated him just the same. And then the coolness vanished " phuss- the hot volcano eruption began " cooled " began again " cooled again. Like adi predicted , for all his denial, his fight with rey was to say " i have a problem coz i still have emotions and u don't" if not anything, he served adi s purpose of distancing himself from rey.
Plus he has no interest or ambition to make it BIG which is what aditya told the producers " so how would he become a star? swayam himslef has told time and again that he doesnt like being in the limelight.
And adi also knew about swayam/ Sharon quick.
about sharon- aditya expected attitude and professionalism- which he got- right again
About rey, aditya said he could handle pressure- the fact that reys now after his life for manipulating them proves that he can pay them back in their own coin .
aditya said he could be professional- rey could dance with Sharon/ he could carry off the sudden spotlight on him and give interview when he didn't want to bcoz he realises the importance of being professional.
Aditya said he could be the star- whether he goes after it or not rey enjoys being in the limelight . aditya recognised that the only way to hurt rey was to distance swayam- which worked .
plus he recognised heartbreak and breakup vulnerability in rey the first time he met him- rey proved vulnerable till yesterday
So aditya khuran is a wonderful judge of human nature unfortunately he only sees the weaknesses and not the strengths.
He doesn't realise the teams strong bonding with one another- he doesn't realise that for rey they come first before dance and before dil...he doesn't realise that the swayam s frustrations wouldn't last long enough for him to stop being calm again...he doesn't realise that Sharon could break him in two if she would care to for bringing about the fight between rey and swayam and he doesn't realise that rey doesn't need him as much as he needs rey but rey knows this .
but he will prove right again- rey will be the star that he wants him to be- though the cost of the stardom is going to be much more for aditya than he has bargained for.
oh i love rey- and waiting to see how aditya will be right again about reys abilities.
