Both of them started leaning closer and closer till they were merely few inches away from each other.
Khushi closed her eyes sensing what was going to happen next. Arnav's had slowly cupped he r cheeks and placed his lips softly on her lips.
When their lips came in contact with each others, it felt as if nothing existed around them. It was just the two of them and the feeling of heaven.
Slowly both of them started moving their lips in sync with each other as Arnav entered his tongue in her mouth. Khushi felt a warm feeling bubbling up in her stomach due to the kiss.
She brought her hands up and entangled them in his hair tugging and pulling him closer. For the first time both of them felt different, this kiss wasn't like any other they had ever experienced.
This kiss wasn't a tease from Arnav's side but a way of making her forget everything and to let her know that she had him.
Both of them continued kissing each other till they were out of breath.
Once they pulled back none of them reacted. They were lost in their thoughts about what had just happened few minutes ago.
Khushi couldn't help but bring her fingers up to touch her now swollen lips.
"Why did I let him kiss me? Why did it feel so nice as if this was natural and bound to happen? How could I share something with him so openly even though we have had a hateful relationship? But whatever it is I know I can trust him and I also know I have started to fall for him..."
Khushi thought as a crimson shade appeared on her cheeks.
On the other had even Arnav was lost with what he had done.
"How could I kiss khushi? What will she be thinking about me, taking advantage of her helplessness. I should apologize to her... But it did feel nice, the way we both kissed each other. This Kiss was different from all the other ones I have experienced... Urghhh stop you have to apologize that's all..."
Arnav kept thing but when he saw her blush, he smirked thinking that she didn't regret anything that happened between them. He bent down and gave a quick peak on her lips before lying down to sleep.
Khushi was shocked when she felt Arnav give her a peak. Even Arnav didn't know why he had Kissed her again be he felt nice.
That night no words were exchanged between the two, they both slept with a smile on their faces after a long time.
The next Morning both of them tried to ignore each other as much as possible. They had finally returned home and back to their daily routine.
Khushi was going towards her room when she saw an angry Anjali waiting for her.
"Ummm... hey.."
"Hey...seriously Khushi. After all you did to bhai you aren't affected."
"Anjali it isn't like that,I'm truly sorry for what I did to Arnav."
"Really Khushi?"
Khushi nodded her head and told her what had happened Leaving out the kiss. Anjali felt proud of her Brother and best friend.
She got up and gave Khushi a hug.
"I'm so happy Khushi, I knew you never hated bhai..."
"It's not like that.." Khushi said trying to avoid any Topics about Arnav.
"Oh really?"
"Yes and now get out I have to change and Finish all my work for Uni tomorrow."
Khushi said pushing Anjali out and closing the door.
She couldn't help but think about the kiss. She bit her lip and blushed.
"I felt so nice hen he kissed me... Did he always kiss all his girls like that... Wait his girl... no no no I'm not his girl and he's already dating Sheetal."
Khushi felt sad but ignored it thinking its just an attraction and went in for a shower.
After when she came out she wne t and prepared Arnav's dinner and brought it up to his room.
"Your dinner..."
"yup yeah just leave it there I'll eat in a while."
Arnav said not looking up from his laptop. She felt a bit bad that he didn't even look up at him. Khushi left his room with a sulking face...
