Strike....!

Hope you are all fine.......

STRIKE....Thats not a new word among us!

In each sector be it government or private sectors,workers strikes happens due to some disagreement with their leaders.

Most of the workers who strikes are due to some financial reasons,ie,they need more salaries and other benefits from their employers.

BUT...Not all the workers who undergo strikes do get what they wanted,mostly they are getting nothing instead.

My question is,STRIKE,IS IT the only way to express workers what they need from their leaders?

I've somuch to write on this.I feel strike is basic right of all humans!!
