H e believes in perfection, and follows a strict fitness regime.
Aman Verma says he is a fitness freak and adds, "I loves taking good care of myself." He says he needs to lose some weight for which he is doing cardio excercises. "I train in weights everyday and that keeps me going through the day. I'm also particular about getting my quota of eight hours of sleep," he says. On his meals, he says, "I eat breakfast and lunch like a king though I prefer to have my dinner latest by 8.30 or 9 pm. Eating an early dinner helps in better digestion." He loves to binge on chicken and mutton but is allergic to seafood. He stays away from greasy and junk food. "I don't have a sweet tooth so have never had to diet,"he reveals on his food preferences. Verma loves swimming, but feels that his workouts are always complete with a little bit of every thing that is required for maintaining high fitness levels.On skin care, he says, "I apply a sun tan lotion as shooting lights can be harsh on my skin," he says.
